Omega 3 fatty acids are one of the fats required by the human body without which it becomes really difficult to stay safe and healthy. 

Our body has the ability to produce the important fats from other fats and raw materials that are eaten but Omega 3 fatty acids can’t be produced from scratch rather it should be supplied in the body through various omega 3 foods.
