Greetings of the new day.
The morning is always an opportunity to start all over again if we must, it is God's way of telling us that our job on earth is still remaining, therefore we should place enough weight-able emphasis on the morning.
Then morning meal which is usually called Breakfast is about the most important meal of the day because it helps to stabilize our blood sugar thus giving us the impetus we need to tread through the day.
Make it a duty to take a breakfast every day - a good combination of carbohydrate, protein, and minerals would do. Find that combination
