Smokers Are Liable To Die Young

Despite the numerous ways that the Governments of the World have used to dissuade people from smoking, yet so many people are unable to drop their smoking habits because of the nicotine addiction which they are predisposed to.

Some of the ways include inscribing on the body of each cigarette packet such ominious warnings like "The Surgeon General has warned that Cigarette smoking is dangerous to your health"

Some others are written as "The Surgeon General has warned that smokers are liable to die young"

Efforts will still continue to be made until as many persons as possible drop the habit and help themselves live longer lives.

So Young Yet So Old - Must Read

The Bangladeshi kid who has aged prematurely

Bayezid Hossain is a small boy trapped in an old man’s body.
The Bangladeshi is only four years old, but his wrinkled, swollen face and sagging skin tell a different story –one of a man who has been around for decades.

Bayezid suffers from a rare condition that has left him unable to live a normal childhood and scared kids of his age away.

He has Progeria,an extremely rare genetic disorder in which aging symptoms are manifested at a very early age, as well as a disease called Cutis Laxa, a rare skin disease that affects connective tissue in the body, according to a consultant, Debashis Bishwas, from the Magura Central Hospital.
The boy also experiences a number of complications including difficulties in urinating, weak and broken teeth, and aching joints.

Bayezid was born with an astonishing appearance. “I was terrified to see him when he was born. He was just flesh and bones. He looked like an alien and it was heartbreaking for me,” described Tripti Khatun, his mother, who gave birth to him at the age of 14.
“Doctors had no idea what to do; they said they had never seen such a baby. They warned us that there was nothing they could do.”

Despite his premature physical aging, his intelligence levels and personality have outshone his peers. Tripti described him as “stubborn” and “impatient,” with a “very sharp” mind. He is “full of conversation,” she added.
Over 4,000 pounds (over 5,200 US dollars) have been spent on finding a treatment, but Bayezid’s situation remains the same. His physical condition is getting worse as days pass by.
Unfortunately, Bishwas said the kid could not make it over 15 years.
